Our studio space

We are situated in The Comfort Zone in Rijswijk, a calm space shared by small wellness-focused businesses.
Our studio is intimate and personal. It’s a peaceful corner to move, breathe, and feel cared for, easily accessible by car, public transport and bike.


Practical information
We offer weekly group Pilates classes, plus the option to book private or duo sessions at a time that suits you.
Various reflexology sessions are available, whether you’re looking for a quick reset or a deeper moment of relaxation.

Pilates mat
Pilates is an effective way to strengthen and support your body.
We work on flexibility, posture, and spinal alignment, with breath, coordination, strength, and stability as key themes. It’s all about moving with awareness and feeling good in your body.
We have a maximum of 5 participants per group lesson. This means there’s plenty of space for personal attention and feedback, so everyone, no matter their level, feels welcome and guided.
You can join a scheduled group mat class or book a private or duo session at a time that suits you.

Foot reflexology
Foot reflexology is based on the belief that specific points on the feet correspond to various organs and systems in the body. By applying gentle pressure to these reflex points, the aim is to stimulate energy flow and create a balance within the body.
The benefits of foot reflexology are many. This gentle manipulation not only brings a sense of deep relaxation but also encourages the body's natural healing mechanisms. It's a holistic approach that extends beyond the feet, promoting a sense of overall well-being.

Our studio is located on the 4th floor, accessible by stairs or elevator.
You can enter the building either at number 23 or number 19, both entrances have elevator access.
Public Transport
Our studio is easily reachable by public transport:
The closest train station is Rijswijk Station, approximately a
15 minute walk from the studio.
Tram 17 stops at Volmerlaan, just a 1-2 minute walk from the studio.
Buses 30 and 51 stop both just 5-8 minutes walking distance away.
Parking Options
Our studio is easily accessible from the A4 and A13 motorways.
Free parking is available on the parking deck of the building, which can be accessed via the Van Gijnstraat.
Additional free public parking is available along Visseringlaan and nearby side streets.
