In my dance classes, a foundation rooted in the principles of the Graham technique takes precedence. My teaching philosophy emphasizes the elements of breath, strength, core utilization, and shift of weight. This approach is interwoven with influences from various other dance techniques, resulting in a dynamic and comprehensive learning experience.
Pilates
group and private mat lessons
In a accessible way, with much room for personal attention and feedback, we focus on enhancing and increasing the flexibility of the body. Special emphasis is placed on maintaining a proper posture and ensuring the correct alignment of the spine.
Breath, coordination, strength and stability are central themes throughout the lessons.
