I’m a dedicated educator with a background in modern dance and improvisation/composition, trained at the Rotterdam Dance Academy / Codarts, and later at the Martha Graham School in New York through a Fulbright and VSB scholarship.

After returning to the Netherlands, I taught at various dance institutions including Artez, the Royal Conservatoire The Hague, and New Dance Center.

 

I currently work at Nederlands Dans Theater at the Talent Development and Education department as a teacher, moderator and educational content developer.

​

My path has gradually expanded toward a more holistic approach, integrating Pilates and most recently becoming certified in foot reflexology. My aim is to help others connect with their bodies, enhance well-being, and explore movement with awareness and creativity.

Since January, I’ve opened my own studio KinéSas to share my knowledge and passion for movement more directly with clients and students.
